When should I choose this laser tag?
In a way, laser tag is similar to paintball: it's played on the same fields, it's a game of "war" where you try to take out your opponents. But it differs in the sense that you are only shooting infrared beams and not paintballs. So there is no fear of getting hit. It's a bit less intense than paintball, but still lots of fun. It's a great alternative to paintball for those that just want something less extreme, with no chance of feeling any pain. It is recommended for young kids too, as well as the elderly.
What does laser tag cost?
Refer to the pricing page for up-to-date prices.
What's the minimum age for laser tag?
We recommend players to be at least 5 years old. We do have light hand-held laser tag guns, which makes it possible for younger players to participate.
What's a good group size?
It's sort of a matter of "the more the merrier". Our fields are quite large and can easily accommodate 20 players at a time. Generally a group size of 10 works really well.
What's the minimum group size?
We recommend at least 6 players, and that's also our minimum. From time-to-time, we can accommodate less players, but only if the other bookings for the day allow.
What's the maximum group size?
We have a minimum of 20 laser tag guns available per group. So that is also our recommended maximum number of players. Our small handheld laser tag guns are more limited, so if this is a group of really young kids, which would require the smaller hand held guns, limit it to 8 players.
The different laser tag guns can play at the same time, as the electronics are exactly the same. It's merely the body that differs.
Does laser tag hurt?
Not at all. You are shooting an weak infra-red beam at your opponents, which is totally harmless. If your opponent's vest is hit, it merely registers a hit electronically. That's it.
How long does the game last?
A 3 hour session, with various games. You will receive a fixed starting time. It's especially important for laser tag to arrive at least 30 mins before your scheduled start time, to allow play to start on time. In most cases, we cannot allow the group to continue beyond their allocated session as the next group needs to start soon after.
What's the difference between paintball and laser tag?
With paintball, you are actually shooting paintballs at your opponents. With laser tag, you shoot an infrared beam, which get's registered as a hit by your opponent's vest.
On what field will we play?
You will get a chance to play on a variety of different fields.
